When you purchase a course or membership:

• Access is granted to you only and is non-transferable.

• Digital products are delivered instantly or via email unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions or memberships renew based on the plan you choose. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize us to charge the recurring fees until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support

We reserve the right to refuse service or access to any user who violates these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we do not generally offer refunds once a product or course has been accessed or downloaded. However, if a money-back guarantee is explicitly stated at the point of purchase (such as a 30-day course guarantee), that specific guarantee will apply.
For membership subscriptions, trials convert automatically to recurring billing unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting us at support@mindbodysoulacademy.org.
